Quality Engineer

To strengthen our Quality team, we are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer who will support our continuous quality improvement and help ensure the highest standards across our products and processes.

Your tasks:

  • Lead the handling and follow-up of customer complaints.
  • Drive structured problem-solving and lead 8D investigations.
  • Create, monitor, and close supplier complaints.
  • Plan and perform supplier audits.
  • Create and maintain Supplier Quality Agreements.
  • Support customer and ISO 9001 audits.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inspection equipment and test methods.
  • Implement, validate, and document new inspection systems and methods.
  • Implement inspection/control plans.
  • Provide second-line support to QC and Production teams for inspection equipment and methods.
  • Review product developments to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Perform documentation reviews and ensure adherence to internal quality procedures.

Your Profile

Requirements:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience preferentially in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of measurement systems (mechanical and electronical) and test method validation (e.g., Gage R&R) is a plus.
  • Experience with GDP, GMP, and Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality and reliability tools such as root cause analysis, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, and FMEA is a plus.
