XVP Vertical lifting platform
Discover our vertical lifting platform. The lifting platform can position payloads of up to 1.5 kg with nanometre resolution. It uses two of our patented ultrasonic piezo motors. Different stages can be added on top to create combinations like XYZ or XYZR.
To avoid confusion: There is no XY movement, but only a vertical displacement. The wedge moves in and out of the platform, but this is purely the internal mechanics.

High load vertical stage
The Xeryon Vertical Platform is a precise vertical stage driven by two ultrasonic piezo motors. This allows the stage to produce high forces without making sacrifices. Fast positionioning with nanometer resolution is still feasible. The self-locking piezo motors hold the position of the stage when it is not powered. As a result, heat dissipation is considerably reduced. The integrated encoder has a resolution of 1.25 µm, 312 nm, 78 nm, 5nm or 1nm.
