Everything you need for your piezo stages

Interface plate

This interface plate is used to mount the XRT-U-40 rotation stage on top of a XLS-1 linear stage. Other configurations available upon request.

T-bracket

This bracket is used to mount a XRT-U-30 rotation stage in a sideway position on top of a XLS-1 linear stage. Other configurations available upon request.

L-bracket

This bracket is used to mount a XLS-1 linear stage sideways on top of a XLS-1 linear stage, facing outward. Other configurations available upon request.

L-bracket

This bracket is used to mount a XRT-U or XRT-A rotation stage on a vertically positioned linear stage. Ideal for a XYZ-Theta setup. The hole allows for the use of the aperture of the rotation stage. Other configurations available upon request.

DSub 15 pin cable MF 3m

Used to add additional cable length between your stage and the controller, or to be used on the airside of a vacuum chamber between the flange and the controller.

DSub 15 pin cable splitter cable MFF

Used to connect an external position encoder to the stage controller. Needed to create a closed-loop control setup with an external position sensor.

Set of mounting screws

This set contains 8 screws (M1,6) used to mount objects on the stage and 8 screws (M2,5) to connect the stage to a breadboard or other surface.

Vacuum feedthrough flanges

We offer a wide range of feedthrough flanges (DN and CF) for one or multi-axis configurations.
