Company level initiatives
On a company level, Xeryon has implemented various green initiatives to minimize our environmental footprint. We are currently transitioning to using renewable energy sources for our facilities, significantly reducing our energy consumption. In addition, our waste management program focuses on reducing, reusing, and recycling materials, aiming for a zero-waste production process.
Product level innovations
Sustainability is also deeply embedded in our product development. Xeryon designs and manufactures products with energy efficiency and longevity in mind.
Our patented CrossFixx motor that powers our products is (by far) the most durable high-precision motor in existence, outlasting not only alternative products, but typically also the systems in which they find their application.
By using sustainable materials and ensuring our products are recyclable at the end of their life cycle, we help reduce environmental impact.
This ensures that our customers can rely on products that are both high-performing and eco-friendly.
Employee engagement
Our employees play a crucial role in our sustainability efforts. We foster a culture of environmental responsibility through regular training and awareness programs. Employees are encouraged to adopt sustainable practices both at work and in their personal lives.
Xeryon also offers incentives for sustainable commuting options, such as biking to work, using public transportation, and using electric vehicles. In fact, these sustainable transportation methods currently cover 90% of employee commuting at Xeryon, and this is number is expected to keep rising.
