Xeryon's XLA is a high-precision linear actuator with a very compact design.
With resolutions between 50 µm and 78 nm, it is ready for critical high-precision applications.
It is also self-locking, meaning it holds its position even when powered off, with zero drift.

Control types
Closed-loop version (with position feedback). External controller (XD-OEM) + integrated position sensor (= go to any position). Note: Internal closed-loop controller expected in November 2024. For ultimate compactness.
Open-loop version (without position feedback). Integrated controller, analog/PWM speed and direction control (and limit switches). Ultra-compact. A break-out board is available for testing.
Hybrid version: integrated controller + position feedback, but no closed-loop control. Close the loop in your own preferred way.
Micro precision actuator | XLA
The Xeryon XLA is an extremely precise and compact linear actuator.
Our self-locking patented piezo motor holds the position of the actuator when it is not powered. As a result, the desired position is held with zero drift, and energy consumption and heat generation are considerably reduced.
When it comes to linear actuators for precision applications, there are not a lot of options, especially if you are space-constrained. With our XLA, you no longer have to compromise: It offers precision, speed and durability, all in a very compact body.
