Discover our vertical lifting platform. This lifting platform can position payloads up to 1.5 kg with nanometer resolution. It is driven by two of our patented ultrasonic piezo motors, resulting in speed, smooth power delivery, high accuracy and a long lifetime. Vertical displacement only, no XY motion.

    Motorized vertical lifting platform| XVP


    The Xeryon Vertical Platform (XVP) is a precise vertical stage driven by two ultrasonic piezo motors. This allows the stage to produce high forces without making sacrifices. Fast positioning with nanometer resolution is still feasible.

    The self-locking piezo motors hold the position of the stage when it is not powered. As a result, heat dissipation is considerably reduced. The integrated encoder has a resolution of 1.25 µm, 312 nm, 78 nm and 5 nm.
