Motorized linear stages

Xeryon provides a variety of motorized linear stages in multiple sizes, equipped with numerous optional features. These stages boast travel ranges of up to 100 mm, opening up limitless application possibilities. Leveraging the proprietary Crossfixx™ ultrasonic piezo technology, these stages achieve travel speeds of 200 mm/s in open loop mode, positioning them as the fastest precision stages available. They are ideal for scanning setups, ensuring consistent scanning speed with speed stability under 2%.

Installation and operation of our motorized translation stages are straightforward. Simply connect the stage to the controller, and position it using our user-friendly software or through our independent manual controls.

Xeryon's motorized linear stages range from a resolution of 1.25 µm to an ultra-fine 1 nm. Each model comes with the option to add features like high vacuum compatibility, making them a perfect fit for SEM environments or vacuum chambers. Additionally, our optional extra small cage maximizes travel distance, pushing the volume-to-stroke ratio to its maximum potential.
