As an Assembly Operator, you are at the heart of our precision production process. Working in a quiet, high-tech environment, you manufacture intricate micro-motors with microscopic tolerance. You perform delicate mechanical assembly, apply specialized gluing techniques, and rigorously test each component using specialized measuring equipment. In addition, you document your results digitally to maintain our strict quality standards.

In this hands-on technical role, your daily responsibilities include:

• Assembling high-precision micro-motors using microscope-assisted tools and delicate hand techniques.
• Executing fine mechanical operations, including filing, polishing, and micro-gluing small components.
• Testing, measuring, and fine-tuning assembled products to meet strict technical specifications.
• Completing digital production documentation and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitoring equipment, replenishing assembly materials, and troubleshooting minor technical production issues.

To qualify for this position, you meet the following hard requirements:

• Proven fine motor skills and dexterity for micro-assembly.
• Hands-on experience with technical measuring tools and equipment.
• Strong technical aptitude and mechanical insight.
• Proficiency in English and/or Dutch (oral and written).
• Basic computer skills for production logging and documentation.
