Over the last few years we have grown fast. That’s why we are looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Specialist to help us to streamline our sales and marketing processes and tech stack.
What you’ll do:
The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Own and orchestrate all go-to-market processes in Odoo.
- Odoo admin and power user for the sales and marketing organization.
- Ensure smooth integration of dataflows across the Xeryon technology stack (Web Content Management System, CRM and ERP).
- Collaborate closely with the ERP Odoo production planner to ensure data and process consistency across the organization.
- Help define and enforce a master data governance approach.
- Build a managerial and operational KPI dashboard library in Odoo.
- Facilitate reporting requests.
- New revenue team member Odoo onboarding and training.
- Support managerial go-to-market business analytics needs.
- Continuously explore ways to enhance and automate sales and marketing processes.
- Manage the sales and marketing tech stack vendors and ensure optimal usage.
- Facilitate the setup and execution of outbound campaigns in Odoo.
What you bring:
In order to be successful in your role, you’ll bring the following skills to the team:
- Min. 4 years Odoo CRM and marketing automation experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, and the revenue funnel.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Project management skills.
- Previous experience leveraging AI-tools in revenue process automation.
- Prompt-engineering skills.
- Strong Revenue- and Marketing Technology knowledge.
- Strong English language skill, additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience with BI tools is a plus.
