Who you are
OEM design-in — the Xeryon component becomes part of a product the startup sells (not a lab tool or one-off R&D use).
Max 3 years old — an incorporated company with a prototype or a clear product roadmap.
Max €1M revenue.
Realistic path to series production — able to share a projected annual volume.
Technical fit — the application genuinely requires Xeryon-class precision.
Sector fit — photonics, semiconductors, life science/medtech, microscopy, precision automation, defense, quantum.
New relationship — not an existing paying OEM customer.
No resellers, distributors or competitors — end-product OEMs only, no resale.
One enrollment per company.
What you get
30% discount on the first €100K of orders, for 12 months from approval.
Named engineering support — a dedicated application/FAE engineer who helps integrate the motion into their product.
Priority eval and sample units to design and test faster.
Priority lead times during the program period.
Co-marketing (optional) — case study, logo, visibility as a Momentum partner.
What we ask
Design-in commitment — the component is genuinely built into the product design, tied to one specific application.
Roadmap and volume visibility — so Xeryon can assess the series potential.
No resale of discounted goods.
Graduation — after 12 months the relationship moves to a negotiated OEM/volume price.
Feedback & reference willingness — engineering feedback and, where possible, a case study.
Claw-back if the conditions turn out not to be met.
