Xeryon is the world's leading manufacturer of high-speed piezo stages. Our product portfolio includes both rotary and linear piezo stages. All of our stages are modular, allowing for easy multi-axis configurations.
Xeryon's stages differ from other piezo stages since we do not use a traditional 'stick-slip' (or 'inertia') piezo system. Instead, all of our stages are powered by our patented ultrasonic piezoelectric motor, which offers the precision and compactness of piezo, while providing unmatched speed and durability.
Since our stages are much faster than other types of piezo stages, it allows for larger travel ranges, resulting in a single stage that offers both coarse and fine positioning.
Both our linear piezo stages and rotation piezo stages are available with vacuum compatibility, as well as fully non-magnetic configurations.
