1) Modular linear stages, which are available in X, XY and XYZ configurations. They can also be combined with our rotary stages.

2) Integrated XY stages, for OEM applications such as automated imaging, metrology, laser systems & next-gen sequencing (NGS).
Both of these product families offer micron- and nanometer-level precision, very high speeds and low-profile, compact form factors. The modular systems are available as vacuum-compatible and non-magnetic models as well.
